Shipping policy
We aim to despatch all orders within 48 hours of receipt of payment. If you order on a Friday afternoon, your order will be dispatched the following Monday. We may deliver in installments if some goods are unavailable at the time of your order but we will notify you if this is the case and you will not be liable for any extra charges.
For orders up to 2kg in postal weight, we use Royal Mail 2nd Class so please allow 2-5 days for delivery. For orders heavier than 2kg, we use a courier service.
Please note that we cannot take responsibility for any delays in either delivery service that are outside of our control, including but not limited to national lock downs and industrial action or for delayed or mislaid items due to incorrect delivery information.
We currently only deliver to postal addresses within the UK mainland.
Charges
Our delivery charges are currently as follows:
Orders with a total weight of up to 2kg - £3.50
Orders with a total weight between 2kg and 5kg - £7.00
Orders with a total weight between 5kg and 10kg - £8.00
