Ketjap Manis

Indonesian thick sweet soy sauce made to an authentic recipe by Fox's Spices. Traditionally used in stir-fries, fried rice and noodle dishes and an essential ingredient in sate marinades and sauces. Also a versatile seasoning for soups, pasta sauces and gravy. 

Ingredients: water, sugar, dark molasses, salt, soya beans (2%), thickener, modified maize starch, spices, herbs, preservative: potassium sorbate.
